GSM files parameters export issue

Hello everyone,
I've been struggling with parameters of models exported to GSM from IFC. I'll try to describe this issue. When I add parameter cost, everything seems be ok. I do it as atl+cmd+o, then add parameter, then I save item at other localisation than embedded library, because I make it for our team. When I want to put this item in the same AC file where it has been done, everything is ok.
When I try to put it in another AC solo file, by import to embedded library item disappears. On floor plan I see only point. When I check this item point by cmd+T, I see description of item with sizes, but nothing more.
Does anyone know how to save items to keep parameters?

Did you try placing the object by choosing the library (folder of the object) and not importing the object ?

Hi Alex, Thank You for respond. Yes I did. Still not working. All parameters given to object has gone...

Maybe I do something wrong...
Let me explain way how do I do it.
Merge IFC file->unlock layer+convert to morph->libraries and objects->save as...->object -> load other object->place the object->alt+cmd+o->add parameters: gs_list+gs_cost->save as...->done
Then in new AC solo project:
Object->load other objects->place object->placed object does not come up, there is point only->cmd+T->no 2d or 3D view no parameters....
