Group Operation Error

Hello
I am new at using ArchicadI and I am currently using AC12 student version. I have created a library object out of slab and used solid element object to modify it and finally saved it as 3d object. When ever I try to open the object or place it on the floor plan I get this error message “Group operation error
at line 161 in the 3D script” and when I checked the 3d script it says the GDL script is OK, its driving me nuts!! No idea what to do…

Any suggestions???

I would send the file to the local reseller.
If they can't do anything with it, they will send it to GS HQ.
You may have found a bug.

When you hit the "Check" button, the interpreter checks for the GDL syntax, but the group operations are not performed.
So your object has a correct syntax and you must search elsewere for the error.
For example, the user manual recommends that the object overlap a little, even for a SUM operation, not be side-to-side.

Thank you guys for your reply. I finally fixed the problem, by creating the same object again “same exact way” and it is working now. No idea what was the problem though.
