Grouping Items in GDL

In Archicad, I can group items together by selecting the items, then clicking Group or Ctrl+G. Can items be grouped using GDL?

GDL is used to make a single object.

There's no way to use it to group multiple objects unless you put them all into one object... in which case Suspend Groups or Ungroup would have no effect.
