Thank you very much. I've found something useful there.

But does anyone know where can I get them for free ?

I'm almost certain that someone will steal them for you.

A free option is Google Warehouse (SketchUp models). You can open these in AC 11 with the Google Connectivity add-on from here:
http://www.graphisoft.com/products/archicad/solutions/ge_earth_connections_download.html

For example, here is a hair washing sink:
http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=4ecd2632d88fc4549c167a8c8b242310&prevstart=0

Also, do a web search for the objects you need including the keywords 3DS and Free, and you may find some download sites. Use the 3DS import 'Goodie', making sure to check the box for smoothing.

Not recommended!

BTW - the Google Connectivity add-on is Windows-only. No info on the spartan download page as to when it will be available for Mac.
