Help exporting surface from one project into company library on server

Hello, folks!
I've created a custom surface for an exterior wood treatment, and would like to be able to export it to the company library on our server so that it can be loaded/used in other projects. Not having much luck within the actual surface settings. Any help is much appreciated!
