Hole in beam/ finishes schedule

Hi.
how can i edit the size of a hole i have created in a beam ?, each time i select the hole on the floor plan window, i can only drag it along the lenght of the beam but nothing happens to give me the oppotunity to modify it's size, and whenever i click or select the beam, so that the pop up palette comes up so i can enter/change the size of the hole another hole will be created but this is not what i want to do.
secondly can Archicad automate the production of finishes schedule, as it can for door/window schedule.

pls i will like to know

To edit the size of a beam's hole, select the hole and edit the settings of the beam. Under the Hole Panel you can change the settings that will only change the settings of that hole, despite the fact that the entire beam is selected.

Yes, ArchiCAD can automate Finishes Schedules. Do a search on this forum and maybe include Zone in the search.
