Hopper windows in AC12

I am trying to add hopper windows to my building.
I thought that AC could turn the awning window into a hopper window, but unable to do.
The only other option is the metal hopper/awning combo in AC12, but I get all kinds of errors when reducing the awning size to 0.

Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Try the Hopper w AwnU 17 window, and eliminate the transom.
