How to create the blades of a wind turbine VAWT?

hello every ACmaster, i need help in making the blades of a wind turbine VAWT type. What tools shall i use for the spiral-like and twisting blades of this vertical axis wind turbine?

I am not sure if it ever was, but when I search there for 'wind turbine' I get two objects.
One industrial and one household.
I haven't downloaded them but the preview does not look like the initial pictures in this post.
