How to get trim showing for "W Glinding3 80" windo

I am trying to use the "W Glinding3 80" window from the ArchiCAD 8.0
Library. It seems to work fine except that I cannot get the trim to show in
plan view. Have any of you had any success in getting the trim to show on
this window?

Can any guide me toward showing the trim for this window?

When is 3.1 coming out? How do will we get it?

Have you checked to make sure the OPTIONS show DETAILED 2D?
