You don't import libraries to favourites.
You set up an object as you want to use it, place it and then select it and then save that as a favourite.
You must do this one object at a time.
You can have many different favourites for the same object.
There may be some favourites set up in the template that you can import, but if there are, they probably won't be set up as you want.
Once you have your favourites set up, they will only be in that file.
You will need to import them into any other files you use.
