How to make bottom door vent hole?

Hi! 

I want to make vent hole like that. It has a shape and the hole isn't through all length of the door.

For now I manage to make something like that. But it's just leaf undercut without nice shape. Do i have to model my own vent hole? Is there any other way to do that?
