How to oversize door hole

Im drawing some bathroom stalls using block wall (*vs partitions)
Im in version 11 and I cant separate the door & frame 12" from floor without the door hole shrinking to door size. I used to do this on version 9
(see image) there was a parameter called oversize: lower opening oversize. Im trying every parameter on oversize on interior door version 11 but the door wont behave like I want.

Well........
It seems I'll keep using the doors from archicad library 9 for this purpose.
