I need help with: "All Library parts on plan"

Hi guys,
There is a command at the special menu that put all library parts on the plan, but how exactly works.

If I remember correctly, it places all objects of your loaded libraries on the plan.

That's what it does. It is a bit odd as it includes stuff from embedded libraries and it places marker symbols as simple parts.
