I need special door (pic)-what would you suggest?

So I need door with panel like in picture. (autocad file)
What suggestion would you give me? Maybe, someone has such a door?or can help me to create custom door panel, because I tried to do that as in Help file, but the Custom door panel.gsm does not appear in the door settings.
