Library Objects not showing in 3D - Library not Missing

Hi there!

We are in need of some help with a problem related with a specific machine and a project. It's a teamwork project and all other users can see everything correctly.

There is a specific member who cannot see some windows, from a specific library downloaded from bimobject (Wicona Library). (IMG_1)

Important facts and notes we already checked:

- the library is loaded in the project and is not missing; (IMG_2)

- We tried both with a local library and the BIMCloud Library and in both cases, it doesn't show up; (IMG_3)

- The objects appear in floor plans and sections, they just don't show up in 3D;

- If this specific user opens his account in other computer and enters the teamwork project, the objects will display correctly;

- If this specific user/machine opens a .pln version of the project, that's not in the BimCloud, the problem still exists and the 3D objects are not displayed;

Everything makes me think that is something related to the archicad/computer and has nothing to do with the BIMCloud or this specific user.

Any idead what it can be? I already found a similar/related article - https://community.graphisoft.com/t5/Teamwork-BIMcloud/Library-objects-not-showing-without-library-be... - But it's from archicad 24 and in that case it appeared the black dots, which is something that doesn't happen here.

Hoping you can help! Thank you!

Hi,

I would check the Model View Options, maybe it somehow adds an exclusion from the 3D display of the element. And maybe the setting is made just on one machine.
