Marker Status Parameter?

Can anyone tell me if there is a Global Parameter (or some other way) to distinguish between the different Marker Status values within the script? Specifically "Source Marker", I've got the Linked vs. Unlinked figured out.

I' hope to assign our Markers different Pens dependent on Status.

Source/Linked - actually I do not think there is anything like this in GDL. And I suppose you know about the On-screen options to highlight source markers. I reckon that was the reason GS has not made this parameter available for GDL programmers as it could interfere with built-in settings. Again just my guess...

Yes, I do, but I was hoping for something a little more "readily apparent" (the screened fills get pretty confusing when you have a number of Markers).
