Missing library part

Hi

I have a missing library part that is driving me nuts. I've searched far and wide for it and gone through all the various Find methods recommended in the Help guide to no avail.

Is there a way to force ARCHICAD to remove a warning? Or is there a way to "purge" unused Embedded objects in the model?

Same problem as the original post here. It's really frustrating that there's no good way of locating or deleting Missing Library Parts.

I have "inherited" an older large project that was created in v.18, then migrated to 20 and its libraries (among other things) were a bit of a mess...

I got rid of most of the missing Library Parts, but there are still some from Embedded Library that I can not seem to be able to locate. I am down to 6 objects with gibberish names, which can not be listed in a schedule and they are not on any of the plans.

There were many people on the project before with various CAD skills so there are also many unnecessary sections, worksheets, layouts. Do I really have to go through all of them manually if I want to get rid of these Missing Library Parts?

For now, my options seem to be either to ignore the Warning in the Library Manager or to spend few unnecessary hours going through all the sections, and hundreds of layouts...

Hello everyone,

thank you, I found this helpful.

Archicad indicated a few elements as having placed instances

however, it wasn't able to shed light on their location using an interactive schedule.

After mentally retracing my last actions, I ended up finding them placed on a worksheet.

Schedules will only schedule what is in the plan/3D model.

They will not schedule anything placed in sections, elevations, details or worksheets.
