How can i move an object or a texture from embedded library to linked library?

Depends on where you have your linked library and if it is a LCF (container) or regular folder.
The easy method is to save it from Library Manager to your Office Library Folder, Remove it from the Embedded Library and do a reload.
If your office library is in a LCF then you need to "explode" the LCF, add the object and recreate, but if that is the case it is better to ask the person who setup the LCF.
Second option is almost the same with Teamwork, get the guy who manages the Library to do it.
