Could you explain me what these door settings are used for?

they are used for setting up the difference between the door unit size and the size of the hole in the wall. the wallhole has to be slightly bigger or the builder wouldn't be able to get the door unit in there, right? those controls allow you to create and dimension a larger hole yet schedule the right door unit size to fit in it.

Ben, I thought Opening Oversize did this. So what is the difference?
