Can you Download it from the Object Dialog box in AC?
If not PM me and I'll send you a copy.

This is a curious issue. I experimented a bit:
1. In ARCHICAD 19, if I try to download this object by dragging it onto ARCHICAD 19, it does NOT download.
2. In ARCHICAD 19, if I search for the object in the Object Setting Dialog, find it then click the "Download and Embed" command, it DOES download it and places it in the Embedded Library so I can use it.
3. In ARCHICAD 16, if I try to download this object by dragging it onto ARCHICAD 19, it DOES download it quickly and places it on the Floor Plan right away.
So Method 1 does NOT work, Methods 2 and 3 DO work (for me at least).
I will report this to GRAPHISOFT.

Yes for me, I just downloaded and Embedded object. Then moved it to my Custom Library. Thanks for alerting me of the object, now the "beggar" is wishing it was more interactive with the Project settings. Even if it was date specific and noted the date in the stamp. Either way it may become my new arrow.

Hi All,
Unfortunately there is a problem which prevents the drag&drop downloading of objects from the BIMcomponents.com which have a “#” in their names.
Until we fix this issue these objects can be downloaded from the Object tool’s search field in ARCHICAD. We plan to fix the issue in a future Update.
