Object for floor uplight ( recessed in floor)?

I can't seem to find a floor upright. Oblya wall upright.

 

What do others us?

Some down lights will allow you to rotate them (some don't).

Or you can model something up that looks like an up-light, and then add a general spot light (rotated upwards) if you want the actual lighting effect in renders.

I tried 2 spotlights and I could not find a setting to flip it and the ctrl +e function didn't work either.

I googled and ended up on the German version of the bimobject website and they had plenty  of choice. Interestingly with the english name "uplight".  So in case anyone finds this post :
