Objects with custum pictures problem - solve

Hi there.
I have a huge problem and cant solve, try everything.
All objects with custom pictures like carpet 15, picture 15, don't appear in 3D window, the object appear with blanc image.

I'm using AC15 3267 64 bits with i7 2600 and pny quadro 2000 in windows 7 64

Yesterday i change anything and works, but i don't know what, but today i have the same problem.

Solve - i just turn off de firewall - zone alarm
now just have to figure out how to configure it.

Check your libraries

And a stupid question: is maybe the picture side towards the wall?
