Unless the Parameter Name (description on the left) is longer than 36 characters, I don't see why this section of the dialog box would be stretched at all horizontally, it can be kept to its minimum width.

Just to be clear... I am wanting the FILL IN side to be larger... Thus having the stretch would allow me to set the ratio of left to right (which I am assuming is your take too, David?)
Anyway... currently seems disproportional at best.... and really just silly...

I think opening the left side, stretching the whole window
and then adjusting the right side wider works.
