Parking Paving Blocks

Hi

I would like to have an object using the attached GDL object module to use for sustainable parking design. The object shall have the following settings:
1/ possibility to adjust the parking layout in plan view with hotspots
2/ possibility to adjust slopes in X and Y planes
3/ possibility to have the hollow fill with rock-sand
4/ possibility to add grass fill in the hollow part of the paving.

It would be much appreciated if someone can do this for me please.
