Pivot doors built into window components

Hello, I am trying to make a window in my Facade that includes a Pivot door. So far, the closest thing to it that I can make is a reversible opening. Since the window openings are separate from door types, I would love to either be able to edit the pivot of the reversible window opening, as is possible with a pivot door, or to have a Pivot door opening available for window openings.

Does anyone know if this is possible to do? Or will I have to post this to the wishes forum?
