hello, I have a problem with the preview tab of any type of Archicad element, this happens to me since version 26 and the current version that I have which is 28, when I open the custom definitions window, the preview and status window closes automatically, likewise with the “plan and section”, “model” and “classification and properties”.
I don't know what the problem is, I looked in other computers of my university classmates and none of them present a similar error, and the truth is annoying, and I don't know what to do, I have enlarged the tabs to the maximum, I have reinstalled Archicad, and nothing works, I need help please.
I attach the pictures, in the first one the preview window is open, and in the second one it squashes the definitions and the first window closes automatically without being able to have both open.

Check your operating system settings to see if you are also scaling your screen size.
For a low resolution like that you will want 100% scaling.
I have the same setup.
This is what I can see on my screen.
Barry.

If the dialogue window is as big as it can be on your screen, you will find that the sections in the dialogue will close automatically as you open a new section, if there is not enough space to display both at the same time.
The only way to change this is to set a higher display resolution in your operating system settings.
This will make the information in the dialogue window appear smaller, but give you more room to have more sections open.
Barry.

Hi, sorry for replying so late, but I checked what you informed me, and the truth is that I had tried that option, but as you will see in the picture, I have the screen resolution to the maximum, and the size of the “definitions screen” I expanded the screen to occupy a large space of the screen, but without results; I also checked with the computers of my classmates and none had this error no matter how small the screen is or with a lower screen resolution.
