This happens when the file is Saved As... an
Archive type file. In the Help files see Configuration >
Archive Files.

It is not clear whether you are trying to add objects not in the loaded libraries, add objects that are in the loaded libraries, or create an Archive pln. file with all the currently placed objects. An explanation of what you are trying to accomplish would help. In the Help file, see Configuration > Libraries > Embedded Library >
Add Objects to Embedded Library.
You should add a Signature to your Profile (click the Profile button near the top of this page) with your
ArchiCAD version and operating system (see mine for an example) for more accurate help in this forum.
