Is there a place I can download a roof vent library part that will snap into my roof?

Thank you for your roof TOP vents, they don't work for my project, what I need are the little metal vents that are about a foot wide and are placed 2'- 3' up the roof from the exterior wall...they sort of have a bit of a "half-round" currve and are metal
