Sure you can - any favorite should store and recall all options set within their respective tool's settings, except ID.

That's right. And you'll need to have it in the loaded library to be able to access it.

Don't forget that if you store settings for one type of window (as a favorite), you can easily apply it to other types of windows using the syringe in the library preview window.
