Rotating point cloud

Is there a way to rotate a point cloud object in sections?
I am able to rotate it in floor plan view, but point cloud object is not perfectly alligned in the sections view.

Not that I know of.
They are like most elements (except morphs) that can be rotated around the Z axis in plan & 3D, but not the X axis or Y axis in elevation or 3D.

There is a free application called CloudCompare which lest you manipulate Point Clouds:

Maybe you can try to rotate the Point Cloud in CloudCompare (for the ARCHICAD section you can measure how much it needs to be rotated) and then bring the result into ARCHICAD.
This is just an idea, I have not tried it, but it might work.
