Save 3d Model as . . . issues?

About Archicad and BIMcloud libraries, their management and migration, objects and other library parts, etc.

I modeled a fixed eyebrow window. When I go to "save 3d model as..." and select the window choice the file seems to create/save ok but no part of my model is present. Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong?

Nevermind. I had all of my window materials using the ID WALLHOLE.
