Source for adjustable Lattice object.

Looking for a source to purchase a lattice object with following criteria.
1. Adustable size vertically and horizontally
2. Adjustable independent frame and infill panel thickness
3. Adjustable material selection
4. Infill panel adjustable for vertical/horizontal, and diagnol.

I checked objects online, they have a single infill panel for diag. lattice, but it is pretty limited in adjustability.

Any ideas short of scripting it myself would be great.
