When window shutters are specified through the sunshade settings under windows the sitters are displayed as solid panels on the model instead as Louvres.

Can you show images of the window/shutter settings and the resulting 3D window?

Check your MVO settings. Needs to be set to "Full". When set to "Simplified", doors show as solid panels, windows show as a basic frame and glass, and it would seem that accessories show as solids panels too.
