I assume you have logged into BIMComponents with your Graphisoft ID?

I am having not having any troubles.

I can download from the website, drag from the website into Archicad or search and download in Archicad itself.

I am logged in with my ID then I search for wall light scroll down till I find the one I like then when I click on it a big box pops up and says “www.bimobject.com refused to connect

Which particular lamp?

I just tried one and there seems to be no problem.

Maybe try a different browser.

Or search in the settings of your lamp tool in Archicad and see if that works.

I am not sure what the problem is then.

All I can say is the web site is working.

Maybe contact your local Archicad support people?
