it doesn't matter what i try to bring in everything when i try to drag something into Archicad looks like its going to work then says "A serious error occurred during download"

I am logged in with my ID then I search for wall light scroll down till I find the one I like then when I click on it a big box pops up and says “www.bimobject.com refused to connect”
