Wall / Window Finish Returns

I am needing to have my wall finish return around windows and doors so that I can dimension correctly. Does anyone know how to do this?

I realize this option may not meet your office standards, but shortly after I switched to archicad from autocad 2000 I realized it was easier to dimension doors and windows to centerlines rather than the edges, especially during changes. I handle all my finish dimensions in my details
