It appears that now the closest thing is an oval and while I guess I could be convinced to switch our office standards to an oval, the oval resizes based on the number. Our standard is so that the marker is the same size everywhere. Additionally it looks like if you change the orientation so that it is always horizontal, the text rotates properly but the oval retains the original orientation which defeats the whole purpose of the oval resizing in the first place.
