I have been trying to set up a window to resemble Andersen casement, in both 2d & 3d. No sucess with Door & Window Builder 3.5. Looked at GDLcentral at Andersen, but they are way too simplistic and actually do not sit in the wall correctly. Then tried Wood casement out of the standard US library and have gotten close but have hit a couple of snags.

Thought someone may have a suggestion on how to clear snags.

I was able to get basic window frame and sash to proper approximate shape but could not move exterior face of window beyond face of wall using a negative value. Worked around that by using brick mould to get proper extension beyond face of wall. In plan, this looks right but in section, the brick mould is not in the right position at the sill or the head. Also, I have been unable to figure a way to get an interior jamb extension at the sill.

This is all buried in the window macros, somewhere, but I ain't got the skills dig them out. There may be something easier to do that will get there. Of course, I can just not show the offending items and build them up out of other pieces.

This was the main problem I was having in trying to set up window frame. When it did not work in the Info Box, I made the bold assumption that it did not work in the Settings Box. I need to quite doing that. I assume this is on a bug list. Just did it again.
