Working off a server

Hi everyone.

I have just moved our model files (and subsequently all of our project folders) (office of 3 people using ArchiCad 10 on MAC platform).

I was wondering what the common train of thought is with the use of Libraries and models on servers, and options for taking the files out of the office.
