Zones are model objects that have stamps that should be controlled per plan: display of Stamp is different at different scales. Why isn't this handled in Model View Options (like stairs and railings)?
Current model view option category shows on Zone stamps on/off.
Somewhere in version 23, Indigo Figs created a stamp and set of displays based on scale.
There were challenges with the stamp itself, but the control idea was sound.
There could be a MDO override button for individual stamps as needed.
Also annoyed that I can't the box to fit the number, rather than the name. The fixed width button on the frame alters the text width. (Not going to complain about the lack of text wrap in the zone name)
FYI this is Archicad 28 Zone Stamp 02
Operating system used: Mac Apple Silicon

There's this beauty of an object (in German) by @Jochen Suehlo, which adresses this point you mentioned:

Have you tried zone labels rather than zone stamps?
You can place as many labels as you want, in different layer and at different scales and showing different information.
You can even labels in sections.
