about the arched-railing

I'm a new user about the Archicad(V8.0 R2).
Great to here, let me know and learn lots of tips.
now i get a problem, hope somebody can help me :
" I use the lib. to creat the arched-railing, but it seem to put at different position when i check in 3D."
What's wrong? Do I make wrong parameter at lib ?
