i have this question... how do i incorporate the object to my library?
If i extract the object and place it to my library folder, i get the error message "Can;t find Macro: xxxxx called at line 3 in the 3d script of file D Hinged Gate 12.gsm"
If i use the whole pla, i get millions of duplicate textures...
What is the best practice?

When you open the pla, choose to extract the library.
Then you can isolate the library part and its macros.
These alone you can put in a folder and load into the project.
You may want to put them in your office library so the gate is available on multiple projects.
