no. but it does contain all the columns and windows that i need to be able to see my project on my home computer...

Work PC's have all the fun stuff disabled.

Try calling GS Australia.
They may be able to help you out or give you a reason why they won't give you the library.

Not being a student I couldn't say for sure.
I can't see why it isn't as it used to be on the original installation CD some versions if I remember correctly.
But that is why Dyllbot will need to contact GS Australia.
