how and where can i get custom add-ins and objects, speciefically custom corner windows

in custom add-in i am looking for general things that might make my life
easier

There is a collection of links to many sites for GDL objects. As for add-ons, I personally try to avoid them all. However, take a look at the following which is Graphisoft's page for productivity tools:
