default active libraries folder

whenever I saved a new object, it appears that the Background Images 70 is shown as the Active Libararies folder and I have to make sure the new object gets into the right folder. Is this what everyone out see and do too?

I just wonder if the Background Images 70 folder is where I should place my new LSWDW library folder into ? But I don't think so.

Can anyone help me to understand this better.

Isid:
I believe that ArchiCAD is defaulting to the first (by alphabetical order) active library, which in your case is Background images. In my own practice, each project has a small custom parts library who name starts with the project number, so this ends up being the first active library (numbers before letters), and my custom parts default to that location. One solution is to rename the library you want as the default to be first alphabetically, or to rename the others to follow it. HTH.
