door and window reveal

I am trying to get a simple door and window reveal using ArchiCAD doors and windows right out of the library.
The reveal is as shown in the image below.
How can I set my doors and windows to get this reveal?
This seems like it should be so easy but I'm having trouble with it.
I am still using ArchiCAD 11. Is this possible in a newer version?

Opps, now I got it. I had to turn off "Door Frame Equals Wall Thickness". Now all of the reveals work.
I'll leave this post up in case others have the same problem.
