Not really... the best I could suggest to you would be to set the special snaps to 4" between intersections and place the doors by the corner placement method. (see picture) Other than that you could just get a check mark cursor at the intersection; then type x+ 0-4 or x- 0-4 (or y) and hit the Enter/Return key to place the door by the corner method.
