e57 Not Showing Up in 3D window

I have a laser scan that is a e57 file and it doesn't show up in 3d, but does show up in plan view. Any ideas?

Archicad 25 (5005), Windows 11, AMD RYZEN 7 3900 (64 GB RAM)

The obvious things I can think of to look at are layers and renovation filters.
