error message in doors & windows

We’ve just received our upgrade for AC 9, but most of the doors and windows seem to be giving me an error message:
Warning: File not found. At line xxx of file xxxxx.gsm (Stop, Continue)
(see attached image)
Is it their settings? Is there a way to reset all the objects to their factory settings within an existing project? or could it be that they are missing macros?

I think your error message says "fill not found".
