Didn't see a section for reporting bugs and didn't find this in a quick search so I'll put this here. After turning on the window or door marker you can click on it and move it using the "resize" button in the pet pallette. But when you try again you get a beep and it moves back to its old location. I finally figured out that if you keep the mouse down and move it under the "move" button in the pet pallette it will select it which will try to move the window. However, if you click back on the "resize" button it will allow you to freely move the marker again. My favorite kind of bug, one with a work around. Hope this makes sense.
